How to Become a Genuine Eminence Dealer in the U.S.

It is very easy to become a Genuine Eminence Dealer! There is a $500 minimum requirement for your first order when purchasing products from the Genuine Eminence distribution line. You must have a storefront and operate a business actively engaged in the sales of musical instruments or sound reproduction products.

*All dealers must present a resale tax certificate (or business license) to remain on file with Eminence prior to order placement and presentation of pricing. Please fax a copy to the attention of Wetzel "Buddy" Spears @ 502-845-5653. Please include a letter with your certificate requesting a dealer packet and we will gladly send you a catalog and dealer pricing.

*We also require all dealers to present a signed copy of the Genuine Eminence Minimum Advertisement Pricing (MAP) prior to order placement.
*All dealers must supply Eminence with shipping address and contact information.
*Credit terms are available (1%2510 net 30). Dealers will need to submit a credit application. Five trade references and at least one bank reference are necessary for credit review. Please include current fax numbers for any references supplied. Eminence will not call credit references.

*All orders will be shipped F.O.B. Eminence, Kentucky via the best method available to Eminence.
*C.O.D. orders of $500.00 or less are acceptable and may be paid with a company check. Customer will be subject to any C.O.D. charges from freight carrier. Eminence will make every effort to consolidate packages to reduce C.O.D. charges. Refusal or failure to accept any order or parcel within a shipment from Eminence Speaker LLC will result in the immediate termination of your dealership.
*Eminence will accept MasterCard, Visa, or Discover for payment.

*Orders must be submitted by fax or e-mail from manufacturer's representative or dealer and must include shipping address, purchase order number, and contact number . We also have Order Forms available for your use.

*Drop shipments are acceptable but will be subject to an additional $10.00 charge.
*Any combination of 10 or more items qualifies customer for Dealer 10 and over pricing .
*Orders placed today will ship no later than the next working day, unless backorder is necessary .
